Incident Communication
In the event of a service disruption, we communicate updates through:

- Email notifications to affected agency administrators
- In-app banners for active incidents
Scheduled Maintenance
Maintenance windows are scheduled during low-traffic hours (typically Sunday 02:00–04:00 UTC) and announced at least 48 hours in advance. Most maintenance is performed with zero downtime.
